Techorama 2019 will offer different ticket types.
Early Bird conference ticket
A limited amount of Early Bird tickets will be sold on the first day of our Ticket Sales at €500 / ticket.
Workshop ticket
A workshop ticket will give you access to one of the Pre Conference workshops on May 20, 2019.
Regular conference ticket
This 2-day ticket will give full access to all sessions at Techorama on May 21 and May 22, 2019. Each attendee is also invited for the closing reception and prize draw party after the final sessions on May 22.
Academic conference ticket
An academic ticket (limited availability) is only available for teachers & students with valid legitimation and will give full access to all sessions at Techorama on May 21 and May 22, 2019. The ticket price for an academic ticket is €500 / ticket.
Combi ticket
A Combi Ticket will give you access to one of the Pre Conference workshops on May 20 and full access to all sessions at the Techorama conference on May 21 and May 21. You are also invited for the closing reception and prize draw party after the final sessions on May 22.
What's included in a workshop ticket?

What's included in a conference ticket?
- Access to all sessions (keynotes / breakout sessions) during the conference on May 21-22, 2019
- Access to exposition hall to visit Techorama Partner booths
- Breakfast, lunch (hot meal) and drinks during the conference on May 21-22, 2019
- Goodie bag Techorama 2019
- Access to closing reception (food & drinks) after final sessions on May 22, 2019
Ticket terms and conditions
Tickets are eligible for full refund within 14 days of purchase when bought before April 1, 2019. Tickets which are cancelled after April 1, 2019, can only be refunded for 25% of the full ticket price if bought before April 1, 2019. No refunds for tickets bought after April 1, 2019. Tickets can be transferred without cost via the Eventbrite platform to other colleagues. The organizers may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the conference due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond their reasonable control. A refund in these circumstances will be evaluated based on the incurred costs for organizing the conference.
By completing the Eventbrite registration process for a free/paid ticket, everyone agrees to the code of conduct. During the conference every attendee is free to decide which partner may use his/her personal data (First Name, Last Name and Email) by accepting the offer to scan their personal badge. Techorama only shares personal information from attendees with partners who got an explicit permission to scan the badge of individual conference attendees. Read more about our data privacy policy.
